Very clean and cozy. Staff were all very friendly. Close to the station but very quiet.

It's walking distance from the central station and they have natural spa which is really good.

Great location, near Chuo station. The onsen was lovely and one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even though there was a communication barrier. Excellent massage. Nice onzen - unusual to find in a budget hotel.
